Local Home Delivery Service

Furniture @ the Lighting Centre offers a free delivery service for orders over £150 within the areas of Kent, Sussex and Surrey. We cover the following post-codes (other areas may be feasible, please contact us to discuss details):

Delivery Postcodes

We offer a 2-hour time slot for deliveries Monday-Friday 7.30am-5pm by our own drivers (other times may be available, please contact us to discuss details).

If required we can unwrap and place your furniture in position, subject to access, and remove all packaging and take away for recycling.

We will ask you to examine the goods with our delivery driver present in order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Click and Collect

We also offer a free click and collect service for goods to be collected at our Tonbridge Showroom. We require 48 hours for goods to be delivered to our showroom, however if click and collect is required sooner please contact us to discuss.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us on 01732 363583 (office hours).

If your products have already been delivered, you will need to follow our returns procedure. Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you may not be returned nor will we provide any refund; unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us during delivery. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.

Refund Policy

For orders placed online, you have the right to cancel orders before delivery or within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you do wish to cancel you must not use the goods and keep in the original packaging where possible. We will collect them on an agreed date. We will refund you the monies paid for the goods once collected within 5 days. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment.

If the product returned is not in a re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
