All our furniture is made from quality natural wood, and as such appearances may vary. Each hand-made piece has a distinctive character and this will give varying degrees of distressing from piece to piece. Some woods will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight.
All dimensions specified are approximate due to items being handmade and with a tolerance range.
Leather products are made from quality natural leather and as such they may not be uniform in colour. Only the quality hides are selected but they may show natural marks.
Colours / finishes shown are a guide only.
We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specification in relation to future sales.
All prices are including VAT where applicable at the current rate. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges – as set out in the delivery section of this website.
Payment can be made by cash (in showrooms only), credit or debit charge at the time of order. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to for does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, any time before delivery.
We will always endeavor to delivery your goods as soon as possible.
Goods are delivered on weekdays to the address specified at time of ordering.
Please advise of any access issues as soon as possible.
Free local delivery by our vans applies to post-code areas as noted on our website or within 20 miles of our showrooms for orders over £100 in value. We may be able to deliver to post-codes not listed please contact us to discuss this.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us on 01732 363583 (office hours).
If your products have already been delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure (see below).
Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
We reserve the right to cancel or not accept an order if:
You have the right to cancel orders before delivery or within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you do wish to cancel you must not use the goods and keep in the original packaging where possible. We will collect them on an agreed date. We will refund you the monies paid for the goods once collected within 5 days. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment.
If the product returned is not in a re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note if any items are damaged or faulty please call 01732 383583 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our upmost to sort any issues for you as quickly as possible.
Damaged goods can be returned with our delivery drivers, or we can arrange a replacement item and collect the damaged item at the same time.
If damage is discovered after delivery please notify us within 3 days of delivery of goods. An emailed image of damage would help deal with the issue.
We guarantee all products against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials for a period of 12 months from the actual date of delivery.
The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, and natural characteristics of wooden products.
